Dinner will be served, buffet style, immediately following the ceremony. For you dining pleasure, we present the following menu:

• Cheese Platter & Torte with Sundried Tomato & Pesto, Crostini & Assorted Crackers
• Cornucopia of Fresh Fruits
• A Basket of Assorted Vegetables with Herb Dip
• Spanikopita: Phyllo Pastry with Egg, Spinach & Feta Cheese
• Assorted Mini Quiche: Lorraine, Spinach, Mushroom & Crab
• Roasted Prime Rib with Assorted Rolls, Horseradish, Mayo & Mustard

BEVERAGES

We will be providing a full host bar. Enjoy, but not too much!

THE BOUQUET/GARTER TOSS

Our deepest apologies to those of you singles who had pinned your future wedding hopes to our big day, but we fear we will be skipping this particular tradition. We have found from past wedding experience that the bouquet is more likely to be treated as a communicable disease than a prized trophy. The groom has however, expressed an intense interest in rooting around under the bride's dress, so if any of you are looking to be the proud new owners of a slightly used garter, just let him know. He would be more than happy to fetch it for you.

THE ENTERTAINMENT

We have hired a most excellent DJ to see to all your dancing needs. And boy, does he have his work cut out for him! The groom only likes techno. The bride likes most anything that is not techno. Grandma likes to waltz. The Daniels family has more than a touch of country. And most all of us live in deathly fear of YMCA (the most played dance song EVER). So please help us select what music the DJ plays.
